A Princess and her Knight in shining armour ~please do not repost :)
Image description: it's a drawing of Captain Rex from Star Wars in a semi-realistic painting style. He's standing on a white background with the sketch of a medical droid behind him. He's holding up his blaster, which has smoke coming out of it. He's frowning at the camera with a serious expression. One of his eyes has a teary shine to it. The painting is inspired by the moment in The Clone Wars when Order 66 took place. Under the original drawing is a close up of Rex's face. End of description.
Star wars men you will always be famous, i’m in love with them.
Someone got a little too hungry 🩸 🧟♂️
IM SO EXCITED WITH HOW THIS TURNED OUT!!!! Clicker!Din Djarin!!! Done in time for comic con next weekend!!!
He just wanted to add a little bit of color to Mando’s cape
Grogu did an amazing job decorating his dad's cape 😍🥹
WAS ANYONE GONNA FUCKING TELL ME THAT DIN’S OATH MUSIC WAS FIRST PLAYED IN THE S2 FINALE WHEN HE WAS TALKING TO GIDEON ABOUT THE DARKSABER AND HIS BOND WITH GROGU
CLAN OF 3 FUCKING CONFIRMED CORULERS DINBO CONFIRMED THE MUSIC DOESNT LIE PEOPLE
So this is the music that plays when Din Djarin has a big emotional scene where he proclaims his love and devotion. First for Grogu, and secondly to Bo-Katan.
Yeah my takeaway from this is that at s2 finale Grogu was the person Din was willing to die for/break the creed and remove his helmet for
By The Spies in season3, his bond with Bo is at that same level - he may not consciously know it, but she’s also become someone he’s willing to remove his helmet for.
God fucking damn when we get the helmet reveal I’m gonna lose my ever loving MIND
My take on why Din Djarin’s pledge to Bo is different compared to other Mandalorians Pledges
We can see numerous other Mandalorians pledge their allegiance to her like the Armorer, her old fleet, the ppl who survived the purge…
They pledged their allegiance to her because of what she saw ( mythosaur) or the weapon she possesses (the dark saber) and her family name Kryze
What makes Din’s pledge so special is
He Immediately addresses that he was lied to and was not aware of the sacrifices Bo had to make for her people’s survival
Secondly He immediately dismisses the fact why most Mandalorians serve her
“What means more to me is Honor, Loyalty and Character, These are the reasons I serve you Lady Kryze, Your Song is not yet written, I will serve you until it is.”
By breaking this down it shows he sees and respects Bo for her actions and not the kind of Weapon she possesses or what her Bloodline is
He serves her because he finds her to be very kind towards her people, and her loyalty her caring nature and her character which humanizes her and she has come across numerous ppl pledging their allegiance to her.
She never came across the reasons which Din states, that meant more to her than any other peoples pledges and Bo tries to control her emotions desperately but fails to do so and turns towards him. That states how much his opinions matter to her
Also he pledges in the presence of moon which means How the moon of Mandalore (Concordia) would never stop revolving around Mandalore he will stand by her side until death do them apart❤️❤️
This indirectly shows his respect affection and care towards Bo which also means he’s starting to fall for Bo
So this pledge is wayy different to other Mandalorians pledge.
