interesting thing i just learned
apparently the entity for the paint bomb in the hammer editor for portal 2 is displayed using the unused futbol model, which kind of makes sense I guess. maybe in earlier versions a prop would be thrown and then explode and spray gel all around it? I could see that being an idea at some point but its just me making random guesses.
In Super Mario Galaxy 2, the Wigglers on the slide in Tall Trunk Galaxy are actually a special “Adjustable-Length Wiggler” object. While the game never gives them anything except 4 body segments, it is possible for the object to be set to e.g. only one body segment, as shown in the footage.
