Beautiful modern loft in Bulgaria- look at the curved ceiling, window, and huge outdoor area. Love the spotlights pointed up to illuminate the arch. 

Architectural drama.

This is unique- large fireplace with a lofted platform attached to it. Plenty industrial style shelving. 

Part stairs, part ladder to climb into the loft nook above. The shelf wall needs a rolling ladder to reach the top.

Tucked behind the shelving is a built-in desk and music center. 

As someone who doesn’t really need a huge kitchen, this one seems just right.

Loves the lights.

The feature brick wall is painted white in the bedroom.

Absolutely love the luggage look of the closet doors.

Utilizing every nook for creative storage.
