Fastest Growing Fandoms on AO3 This Week (08/02/2022)

Every week I pull data on how many fics are in each fandom and compare to the previous week, then calculate the percentage increase to determine fastest growing fandoms.  Since this naturally skews towards smaller fandoms, I have included the same data filtered to Over 1k, 5k, & 10k fics.

Hey there! I know tone can be hard to read online, so I apologize if this came across as snarky or passive-aggressive. I genuinely did not mean for it to come across this way -- it was meant more as a “hey, if you hadn’t noticed, you should should check back because there it is now! :)” I’ve also been waiting for the tag to become filterable, so I was in the same boat. But it looks like most of the character and relationship tags are filterable now!

I just realized I have to find myself a new Favorite Book TM, because my previous Favorite Book TM was Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson, of “invented the term metaverse” fame, and because of that everyone will think I’m a Zuckerberg stan if I say that’s my favorite book now :/
