additionally, a thing i like to do is draw people as fantasy/sci-fi races! the rendered color example is a self-portrait as a minbari from babylon 5.Â
well CLEARLY i failed at daily drawing but i’m calling for a do over
i’m sooo out of practice with colored pencils and made some very poor and irreparable choices, but it was good to be reminded of how relaxing and enjoyable i find them.
my art mojo feels totally broken down and dust-covered; i’m trying to work through it with some ‘basic’ stuff so i can kick the asses of some commissions! i don’t generally see the point of showing wips of little things like portraits, but sharing can be encouraging for me so here we are - should be done at some point this weekend if not tonight.
