actually nothing but respect for the local sex toy store in my city just telling people they can shoplift morning after pills if they need to.
"Whatever house I am in.... I hope she is not in it...." 😩
Tfw not even your serial killer dad has the serial killer genes but you do
THATS RIVERDALE BABEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
every time i see shit from riverdale i wonder why they made this show out of an intellectual property that consists of boringly inoffensive grocery store comics. like, no one even gives a shit about Archie comics. It doesn’t have fans. None of the people watching this show went “oh shit a show based on those comics you can buy at the pharmacy magazine rack, love those, gotta watch this.” now you have the legacy of a show where doctors routinely test you for serial killer genes when you get a concussion forever intertwined in the universe where funny jughead eat a hamburger.
Important question: no matter how embarrassing the answer is, tag or comment with the first song you can remember really liking as a little kid. The one you tried to listen to as much as possible and thought was really profound. Bonus points if you say how old you were.
i’ll start. the song “i talk to the wind” by king crimson was my favourite song when i was 7 years old … I thought it was so Moving. and it still slaps
my opinion on quantum physics is that we should stop looking into it. it's none of our business and frankly the particles seem to agree
scientists should walk away really exaggerated and call out ‘OK! i guess i’ll stop researching quantum physics...’ and then when the particles relax, they whip around super fast like a kid who just watched Toy Story trying to trick their toys into acting alive
Isn't that already how it's studied
happy hanukkah to PETER PARKER
Well @zawarudio , while he isn’t particularly religious and will participate in Christian celebrations like Christmas, I wouldn’t go as far as to call him Christian. In fact I would go as far as to outright say he’s Jewish
We can start with his constant use of yiddish
Which we can follow up with him participating in the Shavout as well as being shown wearing a Kippa. Which certainly implies more than just a vague familiarity with Judaism
Not to mention that his creator (Stan Lee) was Jewish, and Spiderman is supposed to be the superhero most appliable to Stan Lee himself.
And we can finish with the very direct and definitive answer given by one of Spidermans comic book writers Brian Michael Bendis
You know, guys, Christianity is not like, default.

I made a thing! I was thinking about this for a few days - because I realized that when I was young, I was also frustrated about being given the same advice over and over - without really knowing what it meant!!
Here’s 5 techniques which I have done before which have helped me grow as an artist, which are good for 5-minute warmups or just straight up challenges for your sketchbook!
Obviously, these are not the ONLY techniques - they’re just the ones I find most fun! And maybe they’re not the most ‘correct’ ones out there, but it’s better than another comic about practicing more, right?
Good luck to everyone on their drawings!
Honestly, as an artist and illustrator myself, seeing all the posts yelling at newbies to “practice” is so frustrating to me. It feels condescending, and would have had me running for the hills in no time if I was just starting out. This is much more helpful.
REAL GOOD POST
Thank you! I will stop saying ‘Practice’ by itself now!!!!
this is a great tutorial! “practice” helps, but knowing *how* to practice is very important and helps you unlearn bad technique/mistakes in your approach. Also, I would add: if you mostly work digitally, I would challenge you to use only real, physical materials for a month. don’t look at your tablet. get a sketchpad and a couple of pencils and just fill that thing up. there’s some kind of feedback loop with the tactile experience of using physical materials that is less present when using digital tools, in my experience, and it can be very valuable for making your brain make the connections you need as an artist.
fictional characters can kill as many people as they want but it’s illegal for them to be annoying hope this helps
i can't believe a bunch of grown men named Josh showed up to some random park with the intention of fighting each other and then let some four year old named Josh win. there's so much hope for our society.
Part one of whatever the hell this meme is
