You know how some girls pop gum or twirl their hair without even realizing they do it? Well, I noticed from watching her during games that Bey tends to shake one leg, maybe out of bored/nervous habit, during the games and Jay’ll grab to get to her to stop lol. It’s cute.
adoringbeyonce Hahaha here you go

That’s the Partition leg grab at the end…evident by their cheeky-ass faces. They be out here.
I had forgotten about this (thanks)
I just love this so much. When someone see someone as their chosen person they’re going to always touch then just for the connection. Especially if there is skin revealed.
Update game on 02/20/2016.
They’re back at it again (March 2, 2016)

Update. At the Brooklyn Nets game — June 5th
TWO YEARS OF BEYCHELLA (APRIL 14, 2018) “And I want this to be an experience where we all have growth, we all have to push ourselves and have to dig deep inside of ourselves to become better human beings. And I wanna start off with a prayer. God, thank you so much for everyone here. Thank you for bringing all of these human beings into my life. God, I ask that this is an experience that we all remember forever. I ask that we’re able to touch people and give them hope. To make people feel beautiful, strong and united. God, I ask that you just use us. I ask that we all grow and we all connect.”
TWO YEARS AGO ON APRIL 14, 2018 — BEYONCÉ HEADLINED COACHELLA
She became the first black woman to headline the festival, and her performance immediately received widespread critical acclaim and was nicknamed “Beychella” by fans. Following the performance, Destiny’s Child sales boosted by 767% and Beyoncé’s by 228%, with Lemonade returning to number one on the worldwide iTunes chart.
Beyoncé’s performance garnered 458,000 simultaneous viewers to become the festival’s most viewed performance to date and the most live streamed performance of all time, with the entire performance having 41 million total viewers from around the world, 75% more than the previous year.
“I told Beyoncé that I was afraid that the predominately white audience at Coachella would be confused by all of the Black culture and Black college culture, because it was something that they might not get. Her brave response to me made me feel a bit selfish and ashamed. She said, ‘At this point in my life and my career, I have a responsibility to do what’s best for the world, not what is most popular.’ I stand corrected.” — Tina Knowles-Lawson, Beyoncé’s mother, on her daughter’s 2018 Coachella performance

Has Beyonce never been an actual performer on SNL? I know she did that SNL Single Ladies skit, but was that it?
Performer? She’s performed 3 times on the show I think. 1 time with Destiny’s Child and 2 times as a solo artist. If you’re talking about sketches/acting then besides the Single Ladies one, she did one w/ DC. I don’t know if she did one in 2003 bc I can’t find it online.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z performing at the Global Citizen Festival in Johannesburg, South Africa (December 2, 2018)
Today we celebrate the 20th anniversary of Jay-Z’s third studio album, Vol. 2… Hard Knock Life. The classic album is a landmark in the rapper’s career, pulling Jigga into the mainstream light and giving us a chance to witness him realize his potential. Led by the hit single “Can I Get A…” and the unavoidable “Hard Knock Life (Ghetto Anthem)” and the album’s critical and commercial success, and later the record-breaking tour, Jay was now well on his way to ascending to the throne of New York.
Speaking in December 1998 to noted journalist Pete Lewis of Blues & Soul magazine, Jigga revealed his intentions with the album. “Primarily I see myself as so much more than a rapper,” he declared. “I really believe I’m the voice for a lot of people who don’t have that microphone or who can’t rap. So I wanted to represent and tell the story of everybody who’s been through what I’ve been through, or knows somebody that has. I also wanted to speak about our lifestyle to people who—though they may live, say, in the suburbs and not be part of that world—still want to know about it and understand it.”
Jigga was supported by features from Roc-A-Fella’s Memphis Bleek, Beanie Siegel, Amil and Da Ranjahz; his mentor Jaz-O; childhood friend Sauce Money; Murder Inc partners DMX and Ja Rule; Bad Boy hustlers The LOX; the original Bonnie to his Clyde, Foxy Brown; and Oakland legend Too $hort. The album’s production covered the grimey and the glossy, with beats from DJ Premier, Swizz Beatz, Timbaland, Mark 45 King, Irv Gotti, J-Runnah, Rockwilder, Kid Capri, Stevie J and Jermaine Dupri filling the tracklist.
Vol. 2 was Jay-Z’s first album to debut at #1 on the Billboard 200, selling over 350,000 copies in its first week. The album sat atop the chart for a record-breaking five weeks, even increasing sales between his third and fourth week—which was almost unheard of in the genre. Vol. 2 is still Hov’s highest selling album, having been awarded a RIAA certification of 5x Multi-Platinum just 18 months after its release. The album won the Grammy Award for “Best Rap Album” at the 41st Annual Grammy Awards.
