This time of the year, where I live, there is a deep marine layer in the morning and it returns in the evening. The sunsets are pretty nonexistent on most days. But tonight is an exception... (P7)

Actually, after some research. This has been ID'd as a California legless lizard. Which is even more exciting to have seen!!
