I’m sure this will hit the news soon but just in case it’s not out yet — the Governor of Maryland just signed an executive order tonight declaring Maryland a sanctuary state for trans people seeking gender-affirming care, and for all people who provide such care or help trans people access such care. This executive order includes an explicit refusal to cooperate with law enforcement/prosecutors in any other state where accessing, providing, or helping people access such care is now or will soon be criminalized.
Yes it is absolutely a privilege to be able to travel or to think about moving but if someone can access the resources to move or visit to get what they need to survive and be less likely to be actively targeted for LITERAL EUGENICS AND GENOCIDE, then they should and we should support them.

The entire housing complex needs to sue the Ocala Police Department. The amount of calls that were made about her actions for 2 years. That woman telling a female child if she keeps coming over here she’ll be raped... Her waving her gun in front of children as a threat... (A man was arrested when he pulled out his gun because someone backed up in his driveway)... No officer said this is child endangerment, no officer contacted/called DCS... To ensure the safety of the kids. The owners of the Housing Complex need to be sued as well. All these disturbances and no one said she’s destroying other tenants quality of life (its not just about noise disturbances), immediate eviction. Did all the phone calls to the police department show up in there records, logged by the department/complex, for future renters to review to deter them from seeking residency. They didn't even put this woman on a family 24 hour medical hold when she was a danger to the community, brandishing a weapon. Everyone dropped the ball and needs to be held accountable. Sick to my stomach.
I need every officer at the Uvalde school shooting that did nothing to also face these charges...
