Yemen is facing the worlds largest hunger crisis and the world is too quiet.

And it’s the children that pay the highest price. An estimated 85,000 children have lost their lives to extreme starvation alone. Every 10 minutes, a child under 5 dies of preventable causes in Yemen. When choosing what charities or goals you want to support during the last few days of Ramadan, I urge you to keep the children of Yemen in mind. And if you’re not celebrating Ramadan, or are not religious.. you’re still human.

52 have no access to health care, however since Covid-19 their healthcare system has effectively collapsed

But Yemen is not 100 people

Tony would start a new branch in his company to produce desinfectant, except that he'd sell one bottle for 50 dollars because its a Stark product and so much better than any of the others.

He'd spend the whole time on a yacht in the pacific, having his food, staff and play girls brought in via helicopter.

He'd donate 500 ventilators to the hospitals in New York, you know, just about enough to say that he used his enormous wealth for something but not enough for it to be an actual effort.

And then, he'd get special permission from the government, using his lobby ties, to be the first company in the country to open up and start production again, just so he can get a headstart on the competition, no matter how many lives he endangers.

Because Tony Stark's just like any other billionaire out there. Sits on a mountain of money, using it to make more money, and now and again goes "yeah, i guess i can donate a couple thousand for this charity". He's one of the richest people in the world and instead of looking at what he has done, we should look at what he hasn't.

I can try to unpack this, but it doesn’t make any sense. 

I don’t get the ‘Were never the oppressed group’ thing. I may have interpreted it wrong (I just don’t get what they mean), but Steve Rogers is a second generation immigrant himself?? His mother belonged to an oppressed group?? He grew up in the Great Depression, stands up for the little guy, and genuinely doesn’t care what race you are or what sexual orientation you have. While Tonky made a transphobic joke, rape joke, and is shown to be sexist. 

Support gun violence: Between Tony and Steve, who fights people by knocking them out with a Frisbee, and who’s the war profiteer mass-murder weapon building, repulsor shooter, missile carrying hero? Hm? Oh, that’s right. Steve throws a shield, and Tony keeps shooting people with guns and rockets and blasters and lasers. 

Hating main character: TONY STANK IS NOT THE MAIN CHARACTER OF EVERY GODDAMN MARVEL MOVIE. Steve Rogers is the main character of his own three movies, and had the most screen time in Endgame. What is this person bullshitting about???

Make America Great Again: Chris Evans is very outspoken about being anti-Trump, and implies that Steve Rogers would very much be so as well. Has this person seen the first Iron Man movie? If anyone’s about ‘Rah rah Amurika’ it’s Tony Stank. All Steve wanted was a better world, improvement, and freedom, all the American government want is money and power, neither of which has ever been much of an interest to Steve, but both of which have always been an interest of Tony Stank. Tony is the one with the wealth and the power. He’s the one with the billion-dollar company. 

Steve Rogers has never been in favor of the government, not in any movie he was in.

 so Thor takes it upon himself to do something, because is Bruce isn’t gonna take care of his mental health then Thor will.

He makes an effort never to raise his voice anywhere around Bruce and whenever anyone else does Thor gets so pissed he starts radiating electricity and fucking up the electronics in the area (blowing out bulbs, frying phones, and short circuiting the building more than once). It doesn’t take long for everyone to take a hint and keep things calm and civil.

Anyway I just love the idea of Thor being all protective and watching out for Bruce’s mental health because Bruce sure as hell doesn’t
