Eat a vegetable.
Did you put some moisturizer on today? Make sure to keep your skin hydrated.
Did you get some exercise? Walk around a bit. Enjoy the fresh air.
That thing you’re procrastinating? Just start it. You don’t have to finish it. Just work on it for five minutes. You’ll thank yourself later.
Did you relax today? Take a deep breath. Feel whatever you’re feeling.
Take a moment to enjoy something small. Don’t wait for it all day, just enjoy it now. Eat a piece of chocolate. Take a nice warm shower. Take a break and read something. Watch an episode of your favorite show.
And Stay alive today.
