Paranormal experience #1

Ever since I was little I’ve been very sensitive to spirits and other entities. My first experience was when I was around 9 or10, I was being babysat at this girls house and keep in mind, I don’t know this family at all. I was walking down a hallway back to her room where we were watching tv and I kept sensing something behind me, I ignored it but then then as I was about to open her bedroom door, I felt something grab my right foot. So as any other person would react, I looked down and saw nothing, so I turned around to look behind me, and I kid you not this 6ft shadow was standing behind me. I bolted into the room and slammed the door shut. After much research I’ve gotten an idea of what it was, but I’m not completely sure.
