Negativity comes from thinking too much about the past or the future and not paying attention to the present. Things like worry, stress, and fear happen when we focus too much on what might happen in the future. Feelings like guilt, regret, and sadness come from thinking too much about what's already happened in the past.

Many people find it hard to believe that it's possible to be completely free from negativity. Sometimes, it's tough to see that this is what's causing our problems and unhappiness. We often think our problems are because of specific things happening in our lives, which is partly true. But until we learn to live more in the present and stop dwelling on the past or worrying about the future, our problems will keep showing up in different forms.

Imagine if all your problems disappeared today, but you didn't change how you think and live in the present. You'd probably end up facing similar problems again. Usually, the future tends to be a lot like the past. Small changes can happen, but real transformation is rare. It depends on whether you can focus more on the present and let go of the past and future.

What you think about the future is connected to how you're feeling right now. If you're stuck in the past, you'll keep facing the same kind of stuff. The thoughts you have right now shape what will happen in the future, and the future can only be experienced as the present moment.

You can’t be disappointed and get what you want. Your disappointment is the indication that you are not vibrationally in sync with what you want. There are no words that will change the result because your vibrational energy isn’t aligned with what you want. You are still chasing. You are still wanting. You are still needing. Everything but believing it’s yours. When you believe it’s already done, instead of disappointment you feel confidence. You feel peace. You feel excitement. Your actions are not cohesive to chasing. To disbelief. Your vibrational form needs to align first in order to get what you want. Stop focusing on what isn’t working. Stop focusing on what you don’t want. You are suppose to feel good. Life is suppose to feel good. When you change your energy, you change your results. Life can give you everything you want. It can present you with every opportunity you want. Every person that can help you get everything you want. But you need to decide to align vibrationally to those things first.

Self improvement is great but ultimately? you have to accept your self. Yes you can eat better, exercise more, read more, set boundaries, love your self, but it all comes down to this. Some days you won’t have the energy to do any of these things. And you’ll look in the mirror and think that this is not enough. That’s a lie. The biggest love for self is to live slowly. To rest. To really rest. Have a nap. Eat what makes you feel good. Read if you want to. Embrace yourself and accept that you cannot and will not be ever be perfect. Accept that you are good enough. You don’t need to keep busy all the time. you don’t need to go out all the time and post on instagram. You don’t need to journal if you don’t want to. You don’t need to make art if you don’t want to. Breathe, give yourself grace and compassion. Give yourself the love and tenderness you so badly need. Be gentle with yourself. You are trying and it is good enough. You are good enough.
