KAZ AND INEJ HONESTLY JUST HIT SO HARD. like something about the concept of two extremely traumatized people who as a result have an aversion to touch and physical intimacy but still care so much for one another, and that their romantic relationship is in no way less compelling for it not being inherently based in touch and physicicality just feels so raw and revolutionary to me (and in many ways made all the more compelling for that exact reason). just two people finding one another and the mutual understanding of what one another's armor represents and just the fucking RESPECT that the two have for one another and that they never push for more than what they can give or propose ultimatums to sacrifice their goals or ambitions, plus the fact that neither of them WOULD because that's how much they love and support one another because it's part of what they respect about one another- that they are so steadfast and dedicated to their individual crusades
