I wanted to say I loved you. And that I loved you I loved you I loved you. That there was no one else for me but you. I wanted to have one more moment to remind you of the way I was always there to make you laugh when you needed it most. I wanted to remind you that you once loved me. That our late night conversations with whispered i love you’s wasn’t just a fraction of my imagination. Why did it change? Why did you stop loving me? I wanted to see if you still remembered. That some part of you still remembered the time we went to go get ice cream and you brushed your hand against my cheek. It was late and I was cold and you were looking at me like you wanted to kiss me. I loved you then. I think you knew. But that doesn’t matter anymore, does it? I can’t change your mind and you can’t make yourself stay. I wanted to cry into your chest. To push you. To scream at you. For loving me. For not loving me. For leaving, and leaving and always leaving. I wanted to do so many things to remind you of the way we used to be before things fell apart. But I didn’t and you still left.

A.M// prompt for anon, I WAS NEVER GONNA BE ABLE TO MAKE YOU STAY (via tullipsink)

Put this in the MOMA

a year later this is still the funniest video on the internet and i can’t even adequately explain why

wow

It’s a perfect blend of several major kinds of comedy: confessional, relatable observation comedy (who hasn’t had someone make an incorrect presumption based on your appearance?), absurdist prop comedy, and character comedy revolving around her looks, voice, and mannerisms. And reclining (almost) out of frame is the perfect button on the skit. It’s comedy genius.
