First things first i am legit giggling while typing this down cause ima end up laughing if i continue to think about this.., but i have to, okay so i saw the cast for the obvious disaster woke powerpuff girl rebooted cw live action crap show,
and y'all were right on buttercup lmaooo everyone hit the nail on the wall - they did her so dirty too. fyi the one playing her is biracial, so how is everyone blood related
let's ignore that factor cause that's totally not important for the girls, - see CW believes that triplets naturally biologically can come out like a bowl of chex mix y'all, cause that's damn normal..-oh lord help me.
To continue....i do believe that they will make buttercup a lesbian because the one playing her is queer herself, so they have to make her abc or else it won't do, - i just had to research this actress up to know about her, because i had strongly believed that she was just an instagramer cause bing/google gave me this as a search result
Not the real one where there is a darn biography like they could have made one for this woman - had to search it up to find out that she is hispanic herself. ...Now this is gonna be the end of me ***ever*** discussing this topic, okay? Cause if i find it that it's not buttercup but blossom, i will flip tables and be done with cw. just ditch it not even give it anymore credibility then it already tarnished down the drain by messing up the flash.
Anyway let's just all ignore it and take these gorgeous words from a twitter user to a strong reminder encase it **ever** makes us want to talk about it, because i know you all will, but you got to stay strong lmao..or they will feed off of it and just stab our childhood heros down the drain, and who thought it was a great idea to hire a none ginger freckled woman?? I...let me stop...lol.
Edit: i found out the ones making this dumpster is a bunch of females and one guy i believe? ...just gonna prove my point further on it being top tier trash especially when the director, i believe is the person, is woke.

‘Race and racism is a reality that so many of us grow up learning to just deal with. But if we ever hope to move past it, it can’t just be on people of color to deal with it. It’s up to all of us – Black, white, everyone – no matter how well-meaning we think we might be, to do the honest, uncomfortable work of rooting it out. It starts with self-examination and listening to those whose lives are different from our own. It ends with justice, compassion, and empathy that manifests in our lives and on our streets.’ — Michelle Obama

the two things i want to critique here is blossom outfit, are blossom/buttercup top part, and bottom part. i would’ve loved to see a cute blouse not a bikini top as the replacement for the shirt..- it just looks extremely off, same for buttercup, i don’t know if those black lines belong to the pants or is part of her underwear - it looks awkward i maybe wrong here, and i would have loved to see a crop top instead of a strapless bikini top for her as well.
i do love the bright pop colors for this art, and the designs for the girls.
