  10. Don’t talk shit about people, especially not behind their back -You spread negative energy and hurt yourself in the process.
  11. Say nice things to people, compliment them as much as you can -Being nice to poeple will affect your own mood for the better.
  12. Talk about what you love, not what you hate
  13. Get enough fresh air.

Glow up your mind!:

And lastly the physical glow up:

  1. Find out how much sleep you need and stick to it -Usually 8 hours are the norm
  2. Play around with make up -You will fail and it might look wonky from the beginning. And maybe you won’t even like it. I want you to experiment.
  3. Make sure to go make-up-less sometimes if you wear it often
  4. Drink water -It won’t magically clear your skin completely but it will get better.
  5. Wash your face in the morning and in the evening, but no soap if possible
  6. Use as little skin products as you can -Sometimes less is more.
  7. Lip balm
  8. Eat vegetables every day -Every. single. day. It’s the best thing I have ever done for myself.
  9. Eat oatmeal -It did wonders for my hair.
  10. Stretch regularly
  11. Exercise -Find something you have fun doing and do it as often as possible.
  12. Avoid food with too much grease and sugar -You can have it but try to reduce it.
  13. Prepare your outfit the night before -It gives you time to think about what you’ll wear and it’s nice to have it ready in the morning.
  14. Get clothes you feel good and confident in
  15. Get your dream hair colour! -Get crazy if you want
  16. Learn to be comfortable with your body
  17. Don’t shower every day -I know, I know… but listen… It’s actually much healthier for your skin to shower every other day and wash your hair even less. Plus it saves a lot of water.
  18. Get a perfume -Have a scent
  19. Get enough sun -You don’t have to be tan but getting sun on your skin is very healthy and it’s visible in other ways than tan.
  20. Smile and spread joy
  21. If you’re happy, show it -It’s contagious

Remember that beauty comes from within. That is why I put these tips in that order.

I hope I helped and have a great year!

i don’t know who needs to hear this but….

IF NOT NOW, THEN WHEN????? u can change your life TODAY bitch, stop putting it off!!!!! start your mental diet today, stop talking down to yourself today, stop letting shit that isn’t even real get you down TODAY! there is no better time than today. stop waiting till tomorrow bc tomorrow never fucking comes. tomorrow will be another today with another tomorrow right after it. that barely makes sense but u know what i mean. START MANIFESTING YOUR DREAM LIFE TODAY BITCH, RIGHT NOW!!!!!! 🗣

I hate to break it to you, but that ‘I’m tired today, I’ll do it tomorrow’ energy is not going to bag you the life you dream of. Waking up everyday, sleeping on your dreams because of this nonchalant energy of tomorrow. It's not serving you sweetie, your dreams require actual actions. Not actions every now and then, not actions when you’re in the mood. And why? Because that ‘sometime-ish’ energy is keeping you stuck and stagnant and moving you at a snails pace towards your dreams.

So what you think about doing, what you'd like to do, what you’re plotting to do means absolutely nothing if you don’t take actual actions. Sorry to break it to you but the intentions mean nothing. Do you know how many people intended to start businesses, pursue their dreams, do something good for the world? Help someone? But they did nothing. They just thought about it. Taking no action. You might know someone like this, that might even be you. Stop pipe dreaming your life. What you do today, right now, is what defines your progress of moving closer towards your hopes and dreams. The universe responds to your actions. So make today count, take a step, even if it's a baby step towards your dreams. Do it today, for you. For your future self.

HOW TO: DRESS YOURSELF

I feel this is so important with being a kept woman. In this world everyone is analysing eachother. Your outfit is the impression you give before you speak. So ladies- DITCH THE FLAMBOYANT LOGOS

If you are wearing a top or pants with a big logo- you will look like every other teenager/young adult trying so desperately to show off. Ditch them I wouldn’t be caught dead wear the ‘Gucci’ t-shirts or the basic MK bags 😷

With being a kept woman, it involves a good dress sense. My go to is usually business casual, if I’m at home I’ll wear a lounge set and if I’m working out it’s usually a cute gym set.

COLOURS

DITCH THE NEONS!! Earthy tones, blacks, whites, these paint an image of class! But keep it simple! Minimalistic patterns help spice up an outfit but these in your face bright distracting colours are not it.

SHOES

I wear heels nearly everyday. I only wear trainers when I’m running errands or if I’m exercising. Sandals when it’s hot and I have a fresh pedicure.

FITTINGS

Fitted clothes will ALWAYS be flattering. Never something so tight you can’t breathe in it, or something so baggy it makes you look heavier than you actually are. A fitted/tailored outfit is what brings the pieces together.

LOGOS

Any article of clothing that I own does not have an in your face logo. I will never not give this advice with clothing- but if you want to wear designer, where an actually peice from the brand that doesn’t have its name plastered all over it because at the end of the day, it almost never looks good. It never looks classy, it looks too flashy and that is never the aim. Even so, what you wear never has to be designer, as long as it fits you well

It’s not too hard to dress yourself properly, it’s a matter of what suits you and what colours pair together with your complexion. An easy way of finding out is just asking for an honest opinion from someone you’re comfortable with. Or to take pictures of what you wear so you can judge from yourself and see how you would look from a different perspective.

THE IMPORTANCE OF A MORNING/NIGHT ROUTINE

I’m not just talking skin care, a morning/night routine primes you for success. They help you achieve more, along with thinking clearly and efficiently. Here’s what I do everyday:

MORNING ROUTINE

6:30am- get up and make my bed so I’m not tempted to lay back down. I get ready with just some gym clothes and head out

6:40am- light run, this usually helps me to feel more awake and energised for the day.

7:10am- once I get back I take a quick shower and wash my face. My skincare routine is lighter in the morning so I don’t get any redness throughout the day, which includes; cleanser, toner then moisturiser.

7:40am- get changed, I usually go with business casual unless I have no plan for the day, then I would change into loungewear

8:00am- eat breakfast, ALWAYS something light so it doesn’t take too much energy to digest

8:10am- brush my teeth with a normal toothpaste and pack everything I need for the day

NIGHT ROUTINE

Between 4-6 I try to take my dog on a long walk so I’m able to get my steps in- no matter how lazy the day was, my goal is to get a minimum of 10000 steps a day. If I just sat around watching tv all day, I get these steps in by both walks or just errands throughout the day.

8:00pm- shower, I was my hair and do a hair mask once a week (I have thick curly hair it doesn’t need to be washed as much) I exfoliate with Dead Sea salt scrub and use soap (I usually only need to shave once a week)

Around 8:40-9pm- brush my teeth with a charcoal toothpaste then skincare- I use nivea cleanser, exfoliate with st Ives oat scrub, toner and then moisturise. I also use a hydrating b5 and bio oil so I have a dewy look when I wake up (face masks 1-2 times a week)

I then usually just watch whatever show I’m watching. By 10pm I turn off electronics to read and try to fall asleep by 10:30 to maintain 8 hours of sleep. Of course if I’m preoccupied or out it’s a bit difficult to maintain this but a routine you stick to each day is key. This is what helps discipline you to stick to a task each day. Along with setting the tone, it gives you time to relax and to forget the stress of the day/what happened.

Of course I wouldn’t say stick to this exact schedule this is what works for me, hopefully you’ll be able to grab some ideas from it.

Coco
SEX IS YOUR GREATEST WEAPON

I understand that a lot of people don’t see sex as anything important, but what most men just want sex.

Sex in exchange of gifts, is just prostitution. There’s is not reason for you to lower yourself or think so little of yourself for that. I course I’m not saying don’t ever have sex, especially if you like it, I wouldn’t want to shame anyone.

But if you want to make a man treat you like a queen instead of an object whenever he’s in the mood, then I would follow this advice.

Men love the chase. Playing hard to get is basically their drive, giving it up easily for them will make them use you as a means to an end. You must assert that he is spending time with YOU and that YOU ARE THE PRIZE.

If a man refuses to spoil you without you giving something to him, DROP HIM. He’s not worth it sis. If a man thinks that you can only get something by giving up your body, then you need to ghost.

I’ve received gifts and dates all paid for by men without even kissing them. Of course I thank them and show them affection, but my body is a temple and any man that thinks he is entitled to see it shouldn’t even bother trying to talk to me.

Of course it can be difficult saying no constantly, you may feel panicked or pressured but remember; that terrible feeling when he’s constantly asking or implying means that you should drop him because YOU ARE THE PRIZE-

A MAN MUST SHOW HES WORTHY TO BE WITH YOU

self care and beauty tips i learned in Poland

  • drinking nettle and horsetail tea is really good for your hair
  • dry skin brushing improves circulation, relaxes and energises you, removes dead skin and cellulite
  • parsley infused water helps to refresh and whiten the tired, unhealthy looking skin + it brightens undereye circles
  • AHA and BHA are really good for gentle exfoliation and they help to stay away from the clogged pores
  • drinking those old lady-ish herbal teas for varicose veins helps generally with fluid retention and puffy face
  • putting chestnuts into a pillowcase is supposedly a good way to keep bad energy away from your bed + it’s extra relaxing to put your legs on it
  • shots of the seabuckthorn juice are really good for the immunity
  • the best hairbrushes are the ones with wild boar bristles
  • if you have a painful headache, there is a good chance you’re actually dehydrated. dissolve some high-quality salt (i’ve heard that salt from kłodawa does wonders) in a 500ml of water and watch the magic happen
  • the flax seed jelly is really good way to moisturize dry hair
  • self-grip hair rollers are wayyyy better to get some curls and volume than all those fancy curling irons
  • include fermented foods into your diet. healthy gut=healthy and happy everything else
  • if you have thin, straight, unbleached hair, just leave them alone, extensive hair care can only make them look worse
  • syrian aleppo soap or charcoal infused soap are really good for the skin imperfections (i mean the body tho! don’t use soap on your face you can end up crying)
  • eat loads of root vegetables in the winter to keep yourself grounded. those babes are so underrated
  • magnesium salt bath is best for sore muscles and stress
  • coffee grounds + olive oil make really good peeling
  • russians have really good hair care products, germans have good makeup and body washes. know your neighbours
  • drinking apple+ parsley juice increases hair growth
  • eat ginger. it helps with almost everything
  • extend at least part of your skincare to your neck or even breasts and thank yourself in 30 years
  • keeping fancy smelling soap in your drawers makes clothes smell nice
  • castor oil is a holy grail for your eyebrows and eyelashes. but before you put something around your eyes check on a small patch of skin on your hand or sth if you’re not allergic
  • soups are one of the easiest, healthiest and most comforting foods out there. you can literally make any kind of soup to match your preferences and feed your body with all the good fats, minerals, vitamins and water
