Jennifer on teaching the next generation to use their voice

I think it’s important to teach our generations what can happen and things that have happened because we do live in a world where history repeats itself and where society continues to make these same mistakes, where we keep following the people in front of us and its hard and scary to sometimes speak up. Katniss was just one voice, she was just one girl living in District 12 and she was able to spark. And I think it’s important for our generation to understand the voice that they have. It isn’t like it was, even just 20 years ago. We have Facebook, Twitter we have these social medias where everyones voice can be heard no matter who you are or where you are or how much money you have. So what do you want to use the voice for? That’s the question.
