🪐 ALRIGHT GUYS AND GALS, NON-BINARY PALS (AND EVERYONE IN BETWEEN) 🪐

It’s officially quarantine time where I live (in the good old US of A) which means I (and whoever is also in quarantine) have a whole two weeks free. Which MEANS we get a two week quarantine glo up ✌️😚

Here’s what we gonna do:

- Brunch (y’all already know i’m not waking up at 9 AM just to eat some breakfast lmao): Two eggs 🥚(140) however you like them but if you add anything or use butter/ oil to cook them you best add those calories!!!!
- Snack: Protein shake 🥤(mine is 150 cal) try to stay around 100-150 calories for this one. You can also replace it with a home-made smoothie if you want :)
- Dinner: 1/4 cup (uncooked) jasmine rice (160) and 100 calories worth of any vegetables you like babey (also please cook the rice lol don’t eat crunchy rice)
You can add seasonings (like salt, pepper, lil spicy, lil garlic powder) and not count the calories lmao they’re like .2 calories (unless you want hun like you can count if you need to)
Total: 500-550 cal

NEXT friends, exercise and toning 💪

- At least 30 minutes of some form of cardio a day. You need to be moving around (especially while stuck in quarantine lmao) to burn the calories!! You can do running, intense yoga, jumping jacks, dancing (Just Dance DOES COUNT and it’s fun), anything you want

Follow this exercise every day to get rid of thigh flab:

  • Butterfly sit for 1 minute
  • Touch your toes for 1 minute
  • 20 side leg extensions (per leg, lying down) this is like fire hydrant move
  • 20 side leg raises (per leg, lying down)
  • 15 donkey kicks (per leg)
  • 10 side lunges (per leg)
  • 20 standing side leg raises (per leg)
  • 1 minute wall sit (if you can, try for 2 minutes!!)
  • Touch your toes for 1 minute
  • Butterfly sit for 1 minute

This exercise burns about 40 calories (depending on the person) but it’s more of a toning exercise than for weight loss!! Nice booty, no cellulite

You wake up to your phone buzzing next to you. One of your friends has been trying to Facetime you for awhile now, so you quickly answer.

“Hey!! Everyone wants to go to the beach today and you HAVE to come! We’ll pick you up at 1 so be ready!”

You roll over when she ends the call. It’s already 12:30, so you have to get ready fast. You pack a bag with your towel, sunglasses, and sunblock, and fill up your water bottle. You look around in your room for a swimsuit, and find the bikini you bought for when you hit your ugw. You put it on, realizing that it fits you perfectly. You stand in the mirror and look at how cute you look in your new swimsuit, your collarbones popping out from underneath the straps, your bikini bottoms fitting comfortably on your hipbones, before rushing to put on a flowy shirt and shorts.

At exactly 1 o’clock, you see your friends car pull up and run outside with all your things. The whole friend group is stuffed inside the car, with no seats left.

“Don’t worry, you can sit on my lap! You’re so light I bet I won’t even notice.” One of your friends pulls you onto their lap and closes the door. You smile, knowing for the first time that you can finally sit on someone’s lap without feeling like you’re crushing them.

Eventually you arrive at the beach. Everyone helps to unload everything and find a good spot to rest the beach blanket someone brought. After getting settled, everyone starts taking off their shirts and shorts to reveal their swimsuits underneath. You’re a little nervous, because it’s been a long time since you’ve last worn a swimsuit, but take it off anyway to see everyone staring at you.

“Omg! You’ve gotten so skinny since last summer! I’m so jealous!”

“Yea! You honestly look so good”

“We should take a bunch of pictures!”

You smile at the compliments they bombard you with, and agree to take pictures with everyone before running down the beach to swim.

After swimming, you lay on the blanket and scroll through the pictures they took, noticing how small you look next to everyone. You take a few sips of your water and look around to see everyone pulling out different foods and passing them around. There’s cookies, chips, sliced sandwiches, and a tray full of fruits and veggies. You go for the fruit first, filling up on watermelon and grapes, and then decide to let yourself have some junk food today. You take a cookie and a handful of chips, which look strange being in your small hands, and eat and laugh with your friends.

Later on when you’re at home, showered and ready for bed, you realize you didn’t feel self conscious the entire trip. No worrying about how you would crush your friends legs, not thinking about how you might look tanning on the beach, not thinking how other people might think of you eating junk food. You just had fun being able to see your friends and enjoy the beach. You post a few pictures of you and your friends on the beach, already getting a ton of likes and comments about how skinny and hot you look. You smile, and go to bed happy.

This could be you this summer!!!! We have a full two months until June, so use your time wisely!!
