Reminder that just because you have a thought doesn't mean that it's true. Even if it's super persistent and feels real. Intrusive thoughts and OCD can make us feel like we're the worst monster ever when in fact, those thoughts are unwanted. I wish someone told me, when I was undiagnosed that you're allowed to think about whatever you want. It can help to let your thoughts come and go like trains in a trainstation withought judging them or holding yourself accpuntable too much. It doesn't mean anything.
