75 squats

50 sit-ups

50 second plank

50 second wall sit

should burn around 250-300 calories (it depends on your weight)

If you watch a lot of TV like me. Here are some super simple exercises I do per episode. It’s not a lot but it adds up, especially if you’re bingewatching.

40 minuet episodes

-100 jumping jacks

-20 burpees

-20 lunges

-60 sec plank

-60 sec wallsit

20 minute episodes

- 50 jumping jacks

-10 squats

-10 push ups

-10 toe touches
