RC Warmup: Jumping Jacks Air Squats Mountain Climbers Hollow Rocks Buy In/Cash Out: 50 air squats w/ blue bands WOD 1: “Tail Pipe” In teams of 2, one athlete rows 250m while the other holds 1.5/1 pood kettlebells in the front rack. Athletes switch after the 250m, athletes must pause rowing if bells are dropped. Both athletes do 3 rounds each. WOD 2: “G.I.
