Athlete must run 400 together) ·5 meter Hoover Catch x150 ·Pull-Up x75 ·Bear Crawl x200 meters ·Anchored SitUps x200 (partner provides anchor) ·Row 1k *All movements/work must be equally split between team members. **All work is performed separately w/exception to 800m RUN ***If odd number of athletes – “Lone Wolf” is on the hook for 50% of total work.
