Partner WOD: In teams of 2 For reps: Amrap in 11 minutes: 50 odd object over the shoulder cleans or tire flips, AHAP Max rep synchronized burpees, (match top and bottom positions) *use sandbags, stones or tire flips for over the shoulder *alternating reps on odd objects *score is total reps of cleans and burpees WOD: 15-12-9-6-3 reps for time: Back squats, 185/125lbs Handstand push-ups, (L3 deficit, 4/2 inches) Post reps and times to beyond the whiteboard.
