I Choose to Make the Rest of My Life the Best of My Life - Louise Hay
As I approach my 44th birthday next month, I realize that I am in a good place in life. I know 44 is not the most glamorous age, yet, with it, brings a calm for me, and a sense of feeling comfortable in my own skin. I look back upon my younger years with smiles, remembering great times. Yet, looking back, I probably have enough regrets to fill up a book, and these regrets at times can keep me up at night. These current years, I of course still make mistakes, and still have regrets. Yet, I am able to feel more secure in my choices. I realize more about where I want to be, and what I want to work towards. In a nutshell, I’m more in tune with what is most valuable. I try to find at least a little joy in every day, and rather than regret what has passed, I look forward to making my present and future the best it can be!
