May 26th, 2017 Divine Intervention Was Required Isaiah 59:15-16 (KJB) Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the LORD saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment. 16 And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him. God is sorely displeased with mankind. Man's heart is only evil continually. There is no sense of right or wrong or a place for the authority and presence of God to come to rest inside evil darkened hearts. In these ancient biblical times man did that which seemed right and desired to please himself and this is still the case with many men today. The spiritual atmosphere in the time of the Prophet Isaiah was so bad that only a divine work from God could change the "spiritual flavor" and hardened hearts of mankind. Mankind cannot help himself out of such a sinful spiritual mess. God lifted His right arm
