While compassion is an admirable and fairly basic trait, some of us either lack it (we're short on empathy) or could use a little help on how to best show it. Even the Most Disagreeable People Benefit from Showing Compassion Yet, research into learning how to be compassionate shows that even the most disagreeable people – who are often suffering from depression – can benefit from the simple training.
