tamari roasted almonds and salt and pepper cashews
Ingredients 2/3 cup almonds 2/3 cup cashews 2 tbsp. tamari 1 tsp. maple syrup (optional) 1 tsp. sea salt 1 tsp. black pepper Method 1. Soak the almonds in water overnight (about 8 hours) and soak the cashews for about 2 hours. 2. Discard the water and rinse both the almonds and cashews.
