UFC on ESPN+ 2: Moraes taps Assuncao, Aldo stops Moicano
Marlon Moraes and Jose Aldo provided spectacular finishes in their respective bouts at UFC on ESPN+ 2 in Fortaleza, Brazil Saturday evening. Moraes (22-5-1) submitted Raphael Assuncao (27-6-0) with an impressive guillotine choke at 3:17 of the first round after knocking down Assuncao with some well placed power shots. The win not only redeems the earlier split-decision loss to Assuncao in 2017, but sends a big warning shot to champion T.J. Dillashaw, who recently lost to flyweight champion Henry Cejudo.
