La Torta de Argao
Made of flour, sugar, egg yolks, lard and tuba (sweet, fresh coconut sap), the Torta of Argao is has its origins way back to the Spanish colonial era of the Philippines. The people of Argao used the tuba as it is more available than yeast during that time. La Torta de Argao is a delicious native delicacy of Cebu.
