Hello my Loves! Today it’s time for a fitness post again, yay! My last fitness post was the one about yoga, I believe (click here and you will be redirected to my yoga routine)! In this post I would like to share with you my tips on how to deal with muscle soreness after too harsh weight training. These are the things that I’ve been doing for several years now (yes, you could tell that I’m a muscle soreness pro by far, haha!). I will list a few helpful, prophylactic and preventive hints but also tips on what you can do when the sore muscles are noticeable. About two to three weeks ago I started going to the gym and doing weight + cardio training more often.
