¼ cup aioli (half of a 4oz container) Grated fresh lemon rind from 1 lemon ½ cup all-purpose flour ½ cup cornmeal, I prefer Mingus Mill course ground but any will do ½ - 1 tsp sugar (optional) ¼ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp kosher salt 1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne 1 ¼ cups fresh corn kernels, divided (about
