Stuffed Mushrooms: An unsung hero - Tampa FL Meal Preparation, Delivery and Catering - Christen Gray Culinary
Often overlooked, never disappointing. Nothing packs a punch of umami more than a delicious serving of stuffed mushrooms. My take is super simple and oh-so-delicious. Ingredients: 1 container, white mushrooms 1 each, green, red, yellow pepper 1 yellow onion medium 2 TBLS olive oil 1/2 Cup seasoned bread crumbs ¼ Cup white wine or water as liquid Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove stems from Mushrooms, save and dice finely to add to mixture. Microwave mushrooms for 4 minutes to soften. Finely dice peppers and onion, add to pan with olive oil and sauté until translucent, approximately 5 minutes. Add breadcrumbs and enough liquid to mix to a wet mixture. Spoon mixture into mushrooms and bake to golden brown, about 15 minutes. You may also top with smoky swiss or provolone cheese. Related
