From 11/20/12: 15 Jumps* :30 sec. Headstand/ Handstand (Alternate each round.) :45 sec. Hollow/ Superman (Alternate each round.) 10 rounds or 20 minutes, whichever comes first. *Options are box jump, jump squat, and broad jump. Alternate as desired by round.
