We all have things we are not proud of about ourselves or feel ashamed of doing. Feeling ashamed is normal, but holding on to that thought is not healthy. Of course, life doesn’t always go the way we plan. Maybe you yearn to be like others and want to fit in. But feeling shame can be toxic and hurt your health and self-esteem. What can you do to get over this?
