The 4 Ingredients Missing In Your Workout I used to work in a gym. I am very grateful to have been part of the Virgin Active PT team. I learnt a lot. I used to walk around the gym floor for hours and hours, about 50 hours a week without clients, was walking on the gym floor. I approached and talked to hundreds of people and coached them as well.
