Viewing 4 posts - 1 through 4 (of 4 total) Author Posts January 30, 2019 at 4:44 pm #185371 Eric Jon MagnusonParticipant This week, Learfield (which just recently completed its merger with IMG) dropped the regional SportsTalk show with Phil Kornblut, and closed down the South Carolina Radio Network (which, in addition to handling that show, served as the state’s news network for commercial stations)–both with immediate effect. For now, Mr. Kornblut is still being carried, as a local show, on Columbia affiliate WQXL (The Point). Effective today, SportsTalk Radio Network and SportsTalkSC are no more. Learfield closed South Carolina Radio Network effective immediately. I can be followed @philkornblut.
