It’s no secret that I love to read. I’m often asked what’s my favorite genre, or what are some of my favorite books. I always struggle to answer. I love books of all kinds and refuse to box my love for them into genres. This week, I want to share some of my favorite personal development books. These books have helped me with everything, including depression, networking, self-confidence, and dating. Here are 6 books that I recommend to help pull yourself out the fog, and get back to being a better you. Managing Your Mind This book really was the foundation for pulling myself out of depression and turning my life around. There are chapters on relationships, mood, traumatic experiences, and the list goes on. All the chapters didn’t apply to me (and all probably won’t apply to you), but the ones that did really hit home. As I navigate this rocky road called life, I refer back to this book for guidance.
