‘Razer Comms’ Coming to iOS Soon!
Razer, the company behind high-performance gaming laptops like the Razer Blade Pro, have announced that their all-in-one communication app, Razer Comms, is set to release for iOS here shortly. First released last year in December for both Android and PC, Razer Comms allows gamers to make VoIP calls and send messages from PC to Android phones as well as from Android phones to those who are using the Razer Comms PC client. While no official details have been revealed about the iOS version, it's hard to say exactly how the app will turn out. We aren't entirely sure if Razer Comms will be strictly iOS to PC and PC to iOS or three way communication between iOS, Android and PC. On the other hand, we have confirmed that Razer Comms will be available for free to download once it lands on the App Store. Due to Razer's massive fan base, we hope to see three-way communication for the best over-all experience. “Staying connected in today’s world has become increasingly important and gamers are no exception to that,” says Min-Liang Tan, Razer co-founder, CEO and creative director. “Razer Comms solves that by being the world’s first VoIP solution to allow gamers to make VoIP calls or instant message with their friends on the road from in-game and vice versa.” As time progresses, we'll maintain a close eye on Razer Comms for iOS and keep you updated once more information becomes available.
