Anxiety attack to-do list – Mrs TeePot
Yesterday my anxiety got on top of me, a period of stress and worry has made me less able to cope with life in general, and also with less energy to keep up the battle with my mental illness. My self-care has been less effective and, while I am still dealing with & managing my anxiety far better than previously, it all got a bit much. And then, last night, I noticed I'd started counting again. Counting up to a certain number, normally 3 or 5 in my case, for no reason, rinse & repeat....
