Mindfulness Now Course – 12 hours over 4 Saturday mornings (Starting Sat 6th July)
The Mindfulness Now course provides training in all major aspects of mindfulness practice. It was developed by the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation and incorporates aspects of the nationally-recognised Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course and the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy course. It also includes some unique original content that is not found in other mindfulness programmes, including a short retreat-style experience in the final class. Mindfulness Now is accredited by the British Psychological Society.
