Mindfulness Now Course – 12 hours over 4 Saturday mornings (Starting 19 January)
The Mindfulness Now course provides thorough training in all major aspects of mindfulness practice. It was developed by the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation and incorporates aspects of the nationally-recognised Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course and the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy course. It also includes some unique original content that is not found in other mindfulness programmes, including a short retreat-style experience on the final week. Mindfulness Now is accredited by the British Psychological Society.
