Mindful Movement & Attitudes Class (Thurs 27 June 2019, 7pm-8.30pm)
This is a unique class developed by Tony O’Shea-Poon for Mindful Me. Each class involves gentle movement and focuses on one of the 9 Attitudes of Mindfulness – non-judging, beginners mind, acceptance, non-striving, patience, trust, letting go, gratitude or generosity. Each class helps you to develop a deeper, experiential understanding of one significant aspect of mindfulness, in addition to helping you feel deeply relaxed and grounded.
