She represents insurance companies in complex litigation and coverage matters and is regularly called upon by insurance companies to assist with resolution of non-litigated matters involving complex questions of insurance coverage and liability. She has successfully handled mediations and arbitrations with multimillion-dollar exposures. Linda co-chaired HB's Insurance Allocation Conference in 2013. Elizabeth Hanke, Vice President, KCIC, specializes in leveraging relational database technology to solve complex disputes in litigation and settlement. With more than 22 years of industry experience, Elizabeth is an expert in insurance allocation modeling and is able to deploy technology not only with an industry-leading level of sophistication, but is also able to model results for large datasets in real time. Elizabeth spoke at HB's Insurance Allocation Conference in 2013. Scott N. Godes, partner, Barnes & Thornburg, , is a veteran trial lawyer who was co-lead counsel of the first trial of its kind to determine that insurance was available, without aggregate limits, for thousands of asbestos claims, and is one of the only lawyers to litigate the scope of a cyber insurance policy.
