Be patient, not only with yourself, but with the process. There is no magical diet plan. Pick one, try it, give it some real time to see if it works for you, tweak it as needed. Then after a month or 2, if you arent seeing any results at all, change it up or tweak some more. This is a long game. Not a fad diet. Make it part of your life, so you can have a longer healthy life.
