Pierogi are Polish dumplings that are boiled, then baked or fried. They're traditionally stuffed with a potato filling, sauerkraut, ground meat or cheese.They are wonderful, and today I'll do my take on them. My variation is different from the traditional recipe. I added parsnip, and didn't fry them after boiling them.
