The low FODMAP diet has been shown to help around 75% of people with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). It is however, a tricky diet to master, especially if you have had no nutrition training. As someone who has been through it myself, I can definitely attest to that. In fact, even with my background in nutrition I found it challenging so decided to become a certified low FODMAP practitioner.
