Sports: Soccer, Rugby, Sailing Club, and More!

Saturday was also the RMC sports day, which started with the annual 5km Harrier Race. Women’s soccer: 08/09/2019 | @ Ryerson | 13:00 | 3-0 Loss Men’s soccer: 06/09/2019 | vs Trent | 19:00 | 0-0 Tie 08/09/2019 | @ Ryerson | 15:15 | 2-0 Loss Men’s rugby: 08/09/2019 | vs McMaster | 15:00 | 48-12 Loss Sailing club: The RMC Sailing club started the fall season at the Laurier/Waterloo Invitational Regatta on the weekend, finishing in first place overall. The Paladins beat out competition from Laurier, Waterloo, and Guelph. A Fleet: skipper Sam Lowery and crew Jacob Taljaard B Fleet: skipper Iain Myatt and crew David Sellers RMC Sports Day: The top male and female finishers in the Harrier Race were OCdt James App from 3 Squadron and RMC SPT Coordinator Erin Thompson. 8 Squadron was the fastest overall, while 9 Squadron won for best team spirit. Tug-of-war: 10 Squadron Flag football: 11 Squadron Ultimate: 5 Squadron Ball Hockey: D Division Kickball: C Division Beach Volleyball: C Division For their combined scores throughout the day, 7 Squadron earned the title of 2019 Fall Sports Day Champions.
