False. We are all exactly as ready for The Open as we can or allowed ourselves to be leading up to it. Those excuses we have are called LIFE. Whether it's an amazing reason…a new baby, new relationship, new job, or you are just new to CrossFit. Something outside of our control…an injury, an illness, an event that demanded our attention away from the gym. Or finally just plain old lack of dedication…we are all as prepared as we allowed ourselves to be for this 5 week test. Sure, 2018 may not be your best performance in The Open for any of the aforementioned reasons…but, don't fool yourself. They're EXCUSES you've feed yourself to justify taking this year off. Guess what…LIFE will continue to happen. There's no guarantee you will be better prepared next year, or the year after that. So dismiss those EXCUSES, sign up, and give it everything you have here and now. If you don't feel it's going to be your best so be it. Look back next year, 2 years, or 5 years from now and be able to say
