U.S. New-Home Sales Unexpectedly Jump to Highest Since 2007 | CIMA Abstract Company
The biggest monthly gain in home sales since January 1992 reflected an increase in the number of properties awaiting construction. The levels are the most since January 2007 which signals building will increase during the next few months. The report showed strength in the U.S. South which could be due to increased demand following hurricanes Harvey and Irma.
